At Authentic BJJ, we believe that the most important aspect of Jiu-Jitsu is learning the fundamentals. We incorporate all aspects of Jiu-Jitsu, including self-defense, fitness, competitive/sport, and MMA applications.
Our curriculum covers everything from movement drills, to techniques, positional sparring, and supervised live rolling. Our approach to teaching is centered around fostering a safe and fun environment that challenges students to grow.

ADVANCED & COMPETITION TRAINING
Our Advanced program is designed with the more dedicated student in mind. With a focus on match winning techniques and competition preparation, our students are constantly challenged and pushed to their limits.
Our most experienced instructors prepare students to perform at their highest levels, both mentally and physically.

FREE COMEBACK YOGA
Comeback Yoga, a Denver-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit, provides free, accessible, trauma-informed, and science-based yoga classes to military personnel, their families, and supporters. Our mission is to promote overall health and quality of life, helping individuals build resilience in response to their life experiences, including post-traumatic stress.

Our Ladies Club offers a welcoming and safe space to learn self-defense, build confidence, and improve fitness. These classes create a supportive environment where women can train comfortably without intimidation, focusing on technique, movement, and practical skills. Whether for self-defense or fitness, this opportunity allows newcomers and more advanced students to experience the benefits of Jiu-Jitsu in a friendly and encouraging setting.
